Assistant Project Manager

Job Highlights

  • Commercial / Residential Project.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

  • ​5 days work a week.

​​Responsibilities:

  • ​​​Assist the project team in overseeing and controlling the quality and progress of projects.

  • Site supervising and coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants for construction details.

  • Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.

  • Liaise and coordinate with external project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and progress tracking.

  • Communicate with the project team and regular status update.

  • Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendor.

  • Able to work under tight schedule & meet deadlines.

​​Requirements:

  • ​Degree or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects.

  • Over 5 years of experience in interior fitting out works or construction field.

  • Green card is needed.

  • Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software.

  • Confident in liaising and coordinating with different internal and external parties.

  • Handle full set of Design and Construction drawings.

  • Team player mindset, well-organized, multi-tasking skills, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency Spoken & Written in English and Mandarin.

  • Willing to travel.

  • 5 days work a week.

  • Immediately available.
